Ingredients
Instructions
  1. First of all prepare the batter. Beat the eggs. Add milk, and all other ingredients except butter. Mix well.
  2. Heat the griddle and apply some butter on the surface. Dunk slice of bread in batter and coat it with batter from both the sides. Place it on griddle and cook it on low to medium flame till the side turns golden and crisp. Turn the slice and cook from other side as well. If your griddle can accommodate more slices, you can cook 3-4 slices together.
  3. Serve hot with fresh fruits and maple syrup.
Recipe Notes
  • Dunk bread slice in the batter only for few seconds. If you will keep it long in the batter, it will turn soggy, and it will be difficult to take it out from the batter.
  • Cook the slices on low to medium heat. If you keep the temperature high, toast will get cooked from outside but the egg inside will remain uncooked.
