Watermelon Smoothie: a quick recipe
This is a soothing drink perfect for summers. I have removed seeds from watermelon pieces, and then frozen the pieces, to get cold and slightly thick smoothie.

  1. Remove seeds from the watermelon slices, and keep them in freezer for about half an hour. This will help in getting chilled and a little slushy smoothie.
  2. Add all the ingredients in blender, and blend till you get smooth liquid.
  3. Pour in a glass. Do not strain, as it is a smoothie which should be slightly thick. Taste, and if there is any need of adjusting salt or pepper, adjust it.
  4. Decorate the glass with mint leaves, lemon slice, or small watermelon slices. Serve chilled.

Tips:
  • Cut thin slices of watermelon. This helps in removing all seeds easily
  • Keep the slices in freezer for at least half an hour to get chilled smoothie with thick consistency.
